There will be no changes to the schedule of this route. Buses will no longer enter the shopping plaza and will continue to service surrounding stops.

Route 20 will experience a minor route change near the Eastgate Shopping Center on Palm Beach.Beginning and end times will not be affected. Arrival and end times for trips during the day have changed. Route 40 will experience schedule changes to improve on-time performance by increasing arrival times by 15 minutes each trip.

The 600 becomes the 240 at Coconut Point Mall, stop #11755. This route now becomes the 600, without the need to transfer buses, at Coconut Point Mall, stop #11755. Anyone taking the 240 to Immokalee Road will no longer have to get off the bus and transfer at Coconut Point. At the end of the Route 240, the bus will continue on to the Route 600 and vice versa and riders on board will not have to pay an additional fare to continue on this interlined route. Interlined routes allow riders to continue on to their destination without transferring buses.

Beginning November 21 st, 2021, Routes 240 and 600 will now be interlined on all trips.

Route 600 will transition to a year-round schedule which begins earlier in the day and ends later in the evening with increased frequency.

The route continues to Beau Drive, makes a left on North Key Drive, right on North Cleveland Avenue, then back across the bridge to First Street and returns to Rosa Parks Transportation Center. The route leaves from the Rosa Parks Transportation Center traveling over the Caloosahatchee Bridge, makes a left on Hancock Bridge Parkway, left on Moody Road, right on Skyline Drive, and right on Hancock Bridge Parkway.

The Gold Line connects North Fort Myers to downtown Fort Myers.

The route loops from the Oasis Condominiums to West First Street and McGregor Boulevard along First Street, then to Rosa Parks Transportation Center, Fowler Street and Second Street. The Blue Line runs through downtown Fort Myers.The Fort Myers River District Trolleys (Blue 500 and Gold 505 lines) will begin seasonal service on Sunday, November 21 st.Fort Myers Beach: Seasonal tram service will begin Sunday, November 21st.The routes that will experience changes are the 20, 40, 160, 240, 410, 490, 600 and the Blue line (500) and Gold line (505) trolleys.
